STEP 1 Before Interview

  • Request an interview. Don’t be afraid to ask!
  • Familiarize yourself with Questionnaire and discuss it with them.
  • Questionnaire in English; Questionnaire in Punjabi
  • Have them understand the Consent Forms and Sign it/have them state consent on the video if signing not possible: Consent Form in English ; Consent Form in Punjabi

STEP 2 During Interview

  • Discuss the Questionnaire before your turn the camera on–to help refresh their recollections, to learn from them.
  • Listen carefully and respectfully. For many people, telling you their memories and stories might be difficult.
  • Discuss and decide on the questions you will record on the 12-15 min video.

STEP 3 Submit Interview

  • Please upload your video to Dropbox www.dropbox.com  or WeTransfer www.wetransfer.com
  • If you are unfamiliar with Dropbox, or WeTransfer, you can also Upload your video to YouTube
