Joga Singh
Joga Singh remembers hearing about the June 1984 attack on the BBC radio. “It was very hard to control our emotions as we heard about the attack on Darbar Sahib… Many people were not able to hear the news and did not eat for days out of sorrow for the painful attack on Darbar Sahib,” he says in the interview with 1984 Living History Project.
“It felt like everything belonging to us was taken away, however, nothing was in our hands. Whatever happened was against our sentiments.”
